  In the last eleven months I have had to dealings with three funeral homes due to the deaths of my husband, brother and son. Unfortunately for this funeral home this was the worst experience of my life. When my granddaughter and I went in to make the arrangements for her father's (my son) memorial service the gentleman, (sorry I don't remember his name) was the roughest uncompassionate man, I have ever met. He had no compassion for my granddaughter or myself, just trying to sell us products that we need not want. Spoke to us like we were so beneath him. When I questioned him about the high cost of the urn, informing him that I just purchased and urn a few months early for a lot less and a lot bigger, he roughly told me to go back were I had purchased the first one and get another one at that cost. (which I did). I have spoke with two different personnel about this experience and asking that the owner contact me. As of today, no one has contacted me about this incident or apologized to me and especially to my granddaughter. That is no way to treat my granddaughter, she had just lost her father. Matter of fact this is no way for anyone to be treated, especially at that time in they're lives when they are making final arrangements for a love one. I will say the gentleman, Jacob, that conducted the memorial service was very professional.
